IIG Vietnam enter cooperation contract with Thai Nguyen university of Economics and Business Administration (TUEBA)

On May 23rd 2011, IIG Vietnam officially signed the cooperation agreement with Thai Nguyen university of Economics and Business Administration (TUEBA). Under the agreement, IIG Vietnam will coordinate with TUEBA to implement international – standard English and IT tests at the university.

Under the cooperation agreement, IIG Vietnam – the country representative of ETS will coordinate with TUEBA to standardize English language for the university’s students by the TOEIC test – Test of English for International Communication for non-native English speakers. Accordingly, TOEIC will be used for TUEBA students’ English assessment, placement tests and criterion for graduation. With an aim to standardize TUEBA English teachers on TOEIC-oriented teaching method, a teacher training course will be held for TUEBA teachers.

Besides English standard, IIG Vietnam also introduced IC3 (Internet and Computing Core Certification) – the international Certificate on basic computer and internet skills issued by Certiport and MOS (Microsoft Office Specialist) – the worldwide recognized Office Certificate.
