ETS – IIG scholarship awarding ceremony for “Academic English for Junior” program

On 22nd September 2011, the annual ETS – IIG scholarship fund granted 30 “Academic English for Junior” courses including 15 full scholarships and 15 partial scholarships with the total value up to $8,500 to excellent students of secondary schools in Hanoi

After 2 months of launching “Academic English for Junior” program, ETS – IIG scholarship fund management board organized an exam to select the most outstanding students. ETS – IIG scholarship fund is established with an aim of making contribution to Vietnam’s educational system in particular and social development in general. Annually, ETS – IIG scholarship fund will grant scholarships to individuals including students, staffs, employees who have outstanding achievements in their studying and working at universities, colleges and businesses in Vietnam.

“Winning this scholarship, the best candidates will have opportunity to take “Academic English for Junior” course which is particularly designed for students at the age from 12 to 17 years old. Students can experience professional learning environment with international standard at IIG Training Center. The course will help students enhancing Academic English skill and being a leverage helping them to succeed in the international exams inluding TOEFL or IELTS. We strongly believe that ETS – IIG 2011 can bring about helpful knowledge to students and this course will build solid foundation for their success”, Ms. Nguyen Vu Hong Anh – Managing Director of the ETS – IIG fund shared.
