Changes in our service hours during internal training (December 24 afternoon)

Dear Valued Customers,

Since we have an internal training session scheduled on December 24 afternoon, we would like to announce some changes in our service hours as follows:

– Hanoi: Our services including test registration, test date change or cancellation, and returning of test results will not be provided on December 24 afternoon. We will resume normal services on December 25, 2021.

All the test schedules on December 24 afternoon remain unchanged.

• Da Nang: All services will not be available on December 24 afternoon. We will resume normal services on December 25, 2021.
• Ho Chi Minh City: Our office still operates normally in all our services.
